We are dedicated to delivering high-quality garments and ensuring they reach you in excellent condition through reliable delivery partners. However, if you face any issues with the product you receive, please refer to our policy outlined below:

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds, but your item is eligible for an exchange if the following conditions are met:

  1. The incorrect item was delivered to you, not matching your original order.
  2. The item you purchased has a manufacturing defect upon delivery.
  3. The item does not fit properly, making it eligible for a one-time size exchange for the same product.

Note: Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. After 72 hour, no exchanges will be accepted.

Please be aware of the following exclusions to our return/exchange policy:

• No Exchanges for International Orders:
All international orders are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items shipped outside the domestic region. This policy is due to the complexity and cost associated with international shipping, customs, and duties. By placing an international order, you agree to these terms.

• No Exchanges for Sale Items:
Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This applies to all discounted products, whether part of a clearance, promotion, or limited-time offer. By purchasing sale items, you accept these terms with no exceptions.

• Fabric irregularities due to nurture of fabric or manufacturing techniques:
Our garments are crafted using traditional techniques. Therefore, minor irregularities in color and texture are to be expected and are not considered defects. These unique characteristics contribute to the beauty and individuality of each item. As such, these are not valid reasons for return, exchange, or refund. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept these variations.

• Color Variations Due to Screen Rendering:
Slight differences in color may occur due to how colors are displayed across various screens and devices. These variations are not considered defects and will not be grounds for a return, exchange, or refund. By placing an order, you agree that the product color may slightly differ from what is displayed on your device.

 

Cancellation of Orders:

In the event of cancellation of your pre-paid orders on our account due to unforeseen event, the amount of the orders, shall be refunded to your bank account.
